I’ve had my hair chemically straightened here a couple of times before and always love the results. I also wanted a sort of angled bob and as my hair is very thick I wanted it thinned out on the ends and shaped. So You’d think that just any hairdresser could do this…but no, I’ve been to many salons and I haven’t been able to find anyone who can actually cut, shape and properly style hair until finding Helaine. She knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job and I love my new cut and style. The whole team are lovely attentive and welcoming and it was a wonderful visit. I highly recommend Helaine and her team, definitely worth it 👍🙂

I am beyond grateful to have found Helena. From the moment I walked into her salon, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. She created such a warm, inviting space where I instantly felt at ease. This was honestly the best curly cut I have ever had. She truly understands curls, the shape, the movement, the personality of them. She didn’t just give me a haircut; she transformed my hair in a way that completely exceeded what I even went in for. My curls have never looked this defined, balanced, and full of life. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her craft. If you have curly hair and are looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Helena is the one. I couldn’t recommend her more highly 🤍

An absolute hair artist! Helene and team, I cannot thank you enough. The hair room is the only salon I trust with my hair, they get it right everytime. I still rave about my first time there two years ago to anyone that will listen, Helene did such a fabulous job, I always leave feeling so confident and happy with my haircut and couldn’t fault it. Not being local the cut Helene did for me grew out amazingly - I jumped at the opportunity to travel to parramatta to get my hair done by Helene again. During my last session Helene suggested I try face framing highlights at add pops of colour, so you bet I trusted her vision and the next visit was grateful that I was able to get exactly what she suggested previously. It had been so long since I had any highlights in my hair and WOW WOW WOW, I was absolutely blown away. My hair is the best its ever looked, Helene doesn’t just hit the mark but she went over and above. Helene is such a kind and warm person, and right after my hair was done we were hit with a sudden storm, Helene was kind enough to lend me an umbrella so that I would be able to keep my stunning hair looking good. Thank you so so much! Ps I will make sure to bring your umbrella back the next time I visit

My first visit to The Hair Room and I was booked with Helene - she’s very experienced and knew exactly what I wanted. My haircut turned out perfectly and the whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. Daniel did my hair wash and it was honestly the best head massage I’ve had in a long time - I didn’t want it to end! If you’ve got curly hair like me and need a bit of freshness, go see Helene and her team. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely in love with my new haircut! I just had my hair cut by Helène at The Hair Room and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked in, Helène was professional and welcoming. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered expert advice on what would work best for my hair type and face shape. The consultation was fantastic and she truly understood my vision. The actual haircut was a fantastic experience. Helène is incredibly skilled and meticulous; she paid attention to every detail and made sure the layers/style were perfectly blended. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. The result is exactly what I was hoping for (maybe even better!). The style is fresh, easy to manage, I look ten years younger and I've already received so many compliments.
